Very bad experiences from start to present. Avoid at ALL COSTS!
– Had to have cameras set up in my dad’s house as they accused him (he’s bed bound and cannot walk) of walking into the kitchen and taking medication himself when they were not correctly administering the medication. This also meant we had to get a locked med box for his medication.
– They ruined a washing machine by covering it in feacal matter, as well as leaving said matter on a little radiator and walls.
– Recently had a carer pretend to give medication to my dad to make it look like he gave him it, even though my dad was asleep. This person is STILL working with the company
– The lack of hygiene for washing utensils/equipment used to feed my dad is shocking. 90% of the time they do not use any washing up liquid or hot water. They will wipe the untensils clean with a splash of cold water and wipe it off with their gloved hands…and consider it “clean”
– In the early stages of having cameras set up in the house we had issues with one carer activity trying to hide things they were doing.
– On several occasions the carers have not locked the front door (a key safe is set up) meaning anyone and everyone could just walk in.

Unfortunately in the last 8 months we have had to call upon Harino care for 2 different family members for additional care and they have been amazing!
In the 8+ months that they have been caring for my family members, they have been invaluable and are always a welcome presence in our home!
Their care is both personable and empathetic and have managed some very difficult situations with both the highest level of care and professionalism.
I would very highly recommend Harino care to anyone who requires a bit of extra help.

I can highly recommend this company! The office is full of very nice people who are always willing to help if there is any problem, carers are very friendly and cheerful, so working with them is joy! The care manager is making sure that the care given is on the highest level possible. Huge plus is also that you get your own car, which you can use on your days off for free, too. If you are from a foreign country, no worries, people from the office will help you find a nice place to live!
