Ivy Care has been absolutely outstanding in the care they provide for my elderly mother, who is living with Parkinson’s and dementia. My experience with one of the carers, especially Klodi was really helpful. I was suffering from anorexia bulimia and BPD therefore, I was very sick because of not eating and purging to the point I would spend days without eating. He made sure I was eating (stayed til my food was at least digested for a bit, and even fed me if needed!) I really recommend him and his teams!

Following a bad break, I’ve become non weight bearing until healed and needed care, focusing on personal care. We were allocated to Ivy Care via the council and we were nervous as I think everyone remembers and/or talks about the bad experiences they have with care. That has not been close to our experience at all.
Everyone has been extremely lovely and often do sweet things like taking the bins out without being asked. I was assessed by Claudy and he was extremely respectful of my preference for women carers and they’ve met it where they can. He also has matched me really well with carers that match who I am as a person, with calm and methodical carers to match my more chaotic adhd energy really well 😅
I am so glad I’ve been matched with them and am happy to continue for them to provide me excellent care ❤️
