Absolutely gutted to hear that the wonderful manager of the Theale shop is no longer there. This lady was a superstar and an absolute asset to Theale. Before Christmas she was so patient, checking an item to ensure it worked b4 purchase. She always had a kind word + always came forward straight away if I was dropping off a donation, for which she always expressed thanks. She was def a cut above a normal represtative and a great face for Mercy in Action. What cld have happened? We’ve just tried to donate some bags + the shop is closed. So sad Mercy in Action has let an exceptional staff member go. I hope after reconsidering, she is reinstated.

Have to say Sam is a true credit to this store. She’s remarkable and so much so that when my 15 year babygirl visits me she insists on coming to the store to have a catch up and also check out what bargains they may have.
Gotta give too marks for cleanliness, and everything is well laid out and of-course the staff is second to none
