Such a beautiful studio – really feels like every detail has been so thoughtfully designed. The team are so warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in, and the classes are a high standard across the board. I always leave feeling 10x better than when I walked in! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful studio with a really welcoming atmosphere. The membership options are great and give you the chance to try all the variety of classes on offer. It was my first time trying Reformer Pilates, and now i’m completely hooked! The instructors are all friendly, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable throughout each class. The front-of-house team are equally warm and welcoming, making the whole experience really enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this beautiful studio. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more of the classes on offer.

Lovely aesthetic studio, teachers are fantastic they really know their stuff and correct your position while at the same time making you feel very welcome and supported. Very friendly, non-judgemental space. Only thing I would question is the price as it is expensive and also the pay structure; the discount of buying a bundle pass of four sessions (£100) is hardly worth it (a saving of about 5 – 10 quid) so I just per per session which is £27. Ideally buying in a bundle would be more economical and represent more of a saving, which would encourage me to buy and attend more sessions.

I joined Salt around 6 months ago and I love it! I’ve done lots of mat/reformer pilates in London and Australia / NZ, and the classes and instructors at Salt are just as excellent as the standard I’ve experienced there. Very welcoming and lovely studio spaces. Love the wellness room also 🙂

Great space, staff and instructors are all great offering varied classes so you don’t get bored. Love that I can get coffee to go after my morning Pilates (and it’s decent coffee). Nice to also have a comfortable space can sit before or after class. Post natal class also a great inclusive offering and lovely way to meet other local mums.
