The Waterside Centre is a fantastic place, the staff are amazing. My brother Wayne would live there if he could, wild horses couldn’t pull him away from Waterside, or “work” as he calls it, he absolutely loves going there each day, it’s become a part of my brother and i imagine Wayne’s a big part of them there at the centre.
I can’t praise this place enough, the staff are so caring and kind, always cheerful when I’m there, I love the way they interact with my brother and others who go there, you can see the great bonds between them. I’d give them 10 stars if google allowed me. Keep up the great work you do there, you’re all Awesome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot praise the staff at The Waterside Centre enough. My brother Peter has a safe, caring place to go, which stretches & challenges his life skills, communication & general knowledge. Whilst I have space to enjoy my own hobbies, without any worries or guilt. The very best of both worlds. We are so grateful to all the staff, for their loving care of my brother, who has attended the centre for over 30yrs. Once our Mum passed 8 years ago. Peter came to live with me & between myself & the Centre we guided him through his grief & really the transition was seemless, due to the continuity of the day service. The Waterside has moved with the times, updating their activities, keeping up with current trends & world affairs. During Lockdown they moved their programme online, bringing the resources to us to allow the service users to participate with all the ZOOM activities. Peter had a routine a new schedule to follow Mon -Fri, just as before. The support was so welcome & also allowed me to get out for a much needed walk, whilst my brother was occupied on ZOOM. To sum up The Waterside Centre is the Best & makes such a difference to our lives.
