Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the very first meeting with Bradley, everything was explained so clearly and professionally. He really took the time to understand all our requirements and made us feel completely comfortable and confident with the system we were choosing. Also a special mention to Mark, who was equally fantastic. You can genuinely tell they care about their customers and the quality of service they provide.
The communication throughout was excellent, and the installation team were genuinely brilliant. Extremely polite, professional, and unbelievably tidy. I’m honestly still shocked at how neatly everything was installed, no visible wires, no mess, nothing left behind. You genuinely cannot even tell the system wasn’t built into the house from the start.
The quality of work and attention to detail was seriously impressive. It’s rare to come across companies that care this much about both the product and the customer experience.

We had a CCTV camera system installed outside our home. Although we wanted more security we did not want to intrude on neighbours. The team at Volt patiently talked through all our concerns and explained in detail how the system could operate without affecting others. The actual installation was done very efficiently and the crew were meticulous about clearing up behind themselves. All wiring was discreetly concealed behind existing downpipes causing the least visual impact. A first class service and we are very happy with the end result.

Volt have just upgraded our very old CCTV system and have done a great job. From our initial enquiry by phone to installation and setting up, everyone has been very professional and helpful. All the old cabling was removed and the new installation is incredibly neat and tidy. Highly recommmended.

I’ve been absolutely delighted with them from the first contact we had – Mark took time on the phone talking through what we were after and answered all the questions I had, all the follow ups have been quick and professional and they’ve gone over and above to be helpful all the time.
When it came to doing the work, the installer did a brilliant job, everything was clean, tidy and looks really smart, you can tell a lot of care goes in to the work. He was also really patient with us, getting apps set up and taking the time to explain how everything works.
Since the system has been in, the aftercare has also been first rate. They’ve been an absolute delight to work with from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommmend them or use them again.
