The Old Barn, Westbrook Hay belongs to The Boxmoor Trust and is used as an outdoor education centre. It has a car park and is a good place to go for a walk. I have to say I am VERY impressed with the latest improvements on pathways. It took me 30 minutes with a wheelchair (very happy 93 year old mother-in-law) to do the circuit. The new surface is ideal for wheelchairs and it has opened up new opportunities for walks for us. Very many thanks Boxmoor Trust.

Took the brownies there for pond dipping and meadow sweeping. The girls had great fun and were really excited to learn about all the mini animals they found. The ladies leading the group were so knowledgeable and patient. We will be back to do a different activity soon.
