We recently upgraded our security alarm system, and we’re really pleased with the outcome. The new system is faster, more reliable, and much easier to use than our previous setup. The monitoring features are more advanced, and the mobile app makes it simple to check the system and receive alerts in real time.
Right through from the initial quote visit, to liaising with the office staff (especially Sam, who was so patient and helpful) right through to the recent installation (carried out by a lovely gentlemen called Tony), everything was smooth and clearly explained. Overall, the upgrade has greatly improved our peace of mind, and we feel much more secure. Highly recommended.
