This is an excellent facility in High Wycombe. The volunteers are so helpful & made my stay so much easier & I had the most independence & fun getting about on the mobility scooter I’ve had for months. Highly reccomend this for anyone that finds getting around difficult, uncomfortable or painful.

Super service by a friendly and helpful team. Parking is easy outside the Eden Centre, even with a minibus full of people who need assistance – very welcoming and kind assistance throughout. Couldn’t have had a better experience as volunteer driver of a community minibus. Very easy access to the shops in the Eden centre, scooters and assistance easy to get and the little shop sells lots of helpful items for people who may need more assistance with other aspects of their daily life too. Very well thought out. Thanks!

We always chose to shop in Aylesbury, living equal distance between however, the Shop Mobility in Aylesbury is supported by the Buckinghamshire Council and you would think this would reflect in its service. Due to the continued non availability of scooters having to book at least one day ahead and the attitude towards potential customers, we chose to try High Wycombe Shop Mobility about a seven months ago.
From the start the staff and service has been utterly superb, nothing is to much for them, completely Professional and they are NOT supported by Buckinghamshire Council. Needless to say we do most of our shopping in High Wycombe now.
