Lovely staff, good quality scooters, well sign posted. Disabled parking is close to the office. Easy access to shops. Wide pedestrian town center so good for beginners with a scooter

Lovely, helpful staff with quick service. Used the service 1st time to help a friend with a wheelchair and would definitely recommend. Such a shame they are not funded to open over weekends!

I have been using Shopmobility at Marlows for about two months now, the staff are very welcoming, friendly and caring, always helpful and using this service has opened up my shopping experience so much… the scooters are all excellent and shoppers are very helpful when moneroving round the shops… can’t praise them enough in Shopmobility most informative, caring, kind and helpful, Brilkant service… thank you guys so much has opened up both my life and my friend Tracy.

A great community project. Plenty of scooters and buggys to suit all tastes. Make sure you show your membership card at the Marlowes customer service desk to get discounted parking.

Friendly and helpful staff.
The scooters are clean and well looked after, and the hire cost was a mere £1.50 per day – plus you also get 50% of your car park fee refunded.
Wheelchairs and scooters are available for anyone who is either disabled or is temporarily unable to walk due to accident/surgery etc..
I will definitely be using this service again!
