I Needed a wheel chair with a left leg raise after a serious motorcycle incident in February, and I’m so happy I found these guys.
Very friendly and accommodating, very fairly priced and flexible if needed. They were also happy to swap to a normal wheelchair when it suited too.
A very warm and welcoming family-run business who care about their customers well being that I’d highly recommend to anyone who should require their services.

I had a really upsetting experience outside this shop today at around 2pm. I stopped for literally one minute, as I was planning to visit after speaking to my mechanic next door.
Almost immediately, I was confronted by two staff members — an older blonde woman and a woman with black hair — who began filming me without consent. Instead of approaching the situation calmly or politely, they became aggressive, kicking my car and even saying they hoped I would end up in a wheelchair.
This behaviour was completely unacceptable and honestly quite frightening. There are respectful and professional ways to speak to someone, even if there’s an issue, but this was completely out of line. No one should feel threatened or harassed over something so minor.
I would strongly urge management to review their CCTV footage from today at around 2pm, as it will clearly show what happened, and to address how customers are treated. This experience was shocking and deeply uncomfortable.

Cant thank Katy and her mum for such a great service. They were amazing in helping dad find a chair to help him get in and out of as well as notice his legs and therefore gave expert advise in the type of chair needed as well as sorting him with a stroller to help him walk (mostly to the pub 🤦♂️) but it will be a great help. Lovely people, and fantastic service! Thank you! X

We took my sister in law to the Mobilty Store to choose a rise and recliner chair.
Katy explained and demonstrated the various chairs.
My elderly sister in law took a very very long time to make her choice.
Throughout the entire process Katy was kind, calm and professional.
