Ordered a bouquet from Hanako last week and was really pleased. The flowers were lovely and fresh, and they lasted well over a week which doesn’t always happen. They were happy to put something together based on what I wanted rather than just a set arrangement.
Friendly service and the shop itself is a nice spot. Will definitely use them again.

Hanako did the flowers for my wedding at Hedsor House and the church nearby. They were absolutely gorgeous, Sean and Steph understood exactly the look and type of flowers that I loved and brought the inspiration images to reality, but even better than I could have hoped. The colours, textures and variety were beautiful and the quality of the flowers was so good that they’re still in my house over a week later. Sean and Steph were so responsive to emails and always more than happy to chat and talk through the details. I’d highly recommend Hanako!

I met with several florists before finding Hanako, but none quite understood my vision. I was looking for Beauty and the Beast meets Christmas, elegant, timeless, and romantic, with subtle nods to the theme. From my very first meeting with Sean, I knew I had found the right team. He immediately understood what I was hoping to achieve.
Sean brought energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to every meeting. He created beautiful mood boards and visuals to bring our ideas to life and took the time to talk us through each individual flower and foliage choice, explaining why he had selected them. There was one particular flower I was very keen on, and when it wasn’t suitable, he had no hesitation in suggesting and swapping it for an alternative. The thought and care that went into the florals was so inspiring that I ended up naming our tables after the flowers he was using.
The entire Hanako team were fantastic, and on the day everything ran seamlessly. I was completely blown away by how perfectly they brought my vision to life. One of my favourite things about working with Hanako was their willingness and enthusiasm to make the flowers reusable. Our table centrepieces were designed so they could be gifted as Christmas wreaths to family members, and the foliage from the staircase was donated to a local hospice. That thoughtful approach made the experience even more meaningful.
Sean was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process . In fact, Hanako were by far our easiest supplier to work with. He kept in regular contact, emailed to let us know when our flowers were growing (with our names attached!), when key items arrived for the wedding, and checked in at every stage. It genuinely felt like they were just as invested in our wedding as we were.
I cannot thank Sean and the whole team at Hanako enough for their hard work, creativity, and care.

After years of delays due to COVID and loosing our original florist, we visited Hanako on the off chance they could do our wedding flowers. From our first interaction we knew we had found the right team. Kate and Laura are so talented, professional, and genuine experts in their field. We are still overwhelmed with the experience they created for us and our guests. They captured exactly what we dreamed, right down to the beautiful smell of the flowers. We’d like to thank them for making our day so special. We would highly recommend!
