I cannot praise Charlie & Lisa enough for the care & support I was given from the time I first walked into the shop to do our funeral plans to the passing of my dear beloved husband we had a beautiful horse drawn hearse & everything was done with care, compassion and dignity.. Cannot recommend enough. Sorted a wonderful send off for my mum. Gave us all the information we required, explained all the things we did not know and plenty of options. The process was simple, the celebrant they chose was amazing, the company for the flowers were very receptive and adapted at no extra cost.
They showed great respect throughout and ensured that we did not have to concern ourselves with anything.
