I had previously been treated by three chiropodists for what was thought to be a fungal toe nail infection. I had also been treating it myself for several years using Amorolfine nail lacquer.
When I attended the Berkhamsted Foot Clinic, Megan examined my toe nails and said she did not think I had a fungal infection. She took nail clippings for laboratory testing, and the results came back negative.
Well done to Megan for her accurate diagnosis, and professionalism. I’m so pleased that I can finally stop the anti-fungal treatments that others insisted I continue with. I can now look forward to having painted toenails this summer!
