We recently bought our first home and used this firm to carry out the survey. George was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, from taking the enquiry and explaining the options, through to carrying out an extremely thorough survey and providing the report – on top of this he spent ages on the phone with me the day after he had surveyed the property and explained all his findings in detail, which as first time buyers was really valuable! He picked up several things which we would not have been aware of (and had been missed by the previous surveyor) and this really helped us in negotiating with the sellers. George was also happy to respond to other queries and provide really useful advice even after all the survey work was complete.

Flawless service from Robert Martell & Partners. George was an absolute rock during my house purchase. He was supportive, genuine and helpful. He was easily contactable and had good local knowledge. I felt at ease asking even the silliest of questions to him. He truly met the definition of “above and beyond”.
George viewed the property, gave me a detailed report of the property condition, advised on required maintenance with cost estimates and advised me what to ask from my legal advisor. After the property had been inspected, George helped me with countless follow-ups when I needed further clarification and guidance – some months after the initial inspection. Despite the inspection happening in the early phase of the house purchase, George provided me with support right up to the end and was a key person in our decision to proceed.
