Due to my nan unfortunately having dementia I found not many care agencies in Hemel Hempstead wanted to support my nan because she was ‘challenging’ but the Right At Home team saw past the negatives and concentrated on the positives.
The Care Manager and the Caregivers are kind and friendly.
They used a person centred approach, they are very patient, respectable, took nan out for cups of tea, assisted with medical needs and medication, cooking, cleaning and companionship.
The manager and caregivers went above and beyond to support my nan.
My nan became very fond of everyone who supported her.
