Doves Care Agency was a fabulous place to work in. I Joined this elite firm around Nov 2022, and it was my stepping stone to the Care Industry in the UK. Starting a new care job can be nerve-wracking, but the training here was so hands-on that I felt ready and confident right away. The training was top-notch and really helped me grow my skills. What I’ll miss most is the management ; they actually know your name and check in to see how you’re doing, which makes a huge difference on long days. My experience in Doves Care Agency was brilliant; the office team is incredibly supportive and they really ‘get and sort’ the challenges of being out in the field. They taught me how to provide care that’s actually person-centred, not just ticking boxes. It’s a lovely, inclusive environment, and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to feel appreciated at work.
