My friends mum was in here and I think it was disgusting , was never allowed to come out her room my friend was never allowed to see her room , never allowed to visit her mum . The poor woman was grief stricken every time my friend saw her , her mum was crying . I don’t recommend this place to anyone . Its dreadful for all your elderly parents

What an absolutely lovely care home the manager is what I can only describe as what care is all about she is one of the most friendliest kindest passionate woman I had the pleasure to meet as for the staff they are all amazing at their jobs kind patient and go over and beyond to make the residents be in heart of everything they do they are all my hero’s the residents are really looked after and adored you can see this from the smiles on their faces and laughter that you can hear well done for always being the superhero’s to keep us all safe keep doing what your doing it’s great keep making a difference well done go Arden house

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Arden house has a variety of activities for the elderly. Beautifully furnished rooms at very affordable rates. Its lovely that they set up a small glass panel for a families to visit during covid. They take every precaution to keep their residents safe during this pandemic. Reccomend Arden house any day.

My father Bob recently moved in Arden house and he couldn’t be better cared. The staff are professional friendly caring and cant do enough for there residents and visitors. The rooms are of the highest standards clean and homely.
