We recently had this service found for us for our disabled children but had issues when told about issues like being paid for 2hour only spending 40mins .coming late to the times and not doing anything with kids .when told about this there response was to cancel someone coming out and be defensive instead of trying to solve the issue and reassure .I’d not recommend them to look after children with disabilities .
