Anchor – Dame Alice Court

Highly recommend Dame Alice Court as my elderly father is very happy there. This is an assisted living facility so the staff numbers are limited but they all go above and beyond to ensure the residents who require support are well looked after and safe, while retaining their independence in their own flats. The food is excellent and the catering staff do their utmost to ensure the residents eat nutritious meals and tailor the meals to their individual needs if necessary. All the staff, including the manager, carers and catering staff, are kind and caring and are doing a brilliant job under sometimes difficult circumstances (COVID, staff shortages, GP and ambulance shortages, etc).
