It’s very convenient for me and I can combine a shop with my visit. All the staff I have met, and come into contact with in the store are lovely. They are professional, informative, friendly and really helpful when choosing your glasses. You are seen on time or within 5 minutes of your appointment so there is no hanging around waiting to be seen.

Ben was extremely attentive during my eye test. He took the time to explain all my concerns clearly and helped me understand what might be causing the issues I was experiencing. His professionalism and patience were outstanding.
Steph provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and guided me through choosing the right glasses, explaining the whole process from start to finish. Even though the store was busy, she never let that affect the quality of care she gave to every customer.
