The whole team were friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. A special mention to Zain, who tested my mum’s eyes. He was excellent. He spoke clearly, explained everything properly and gave clear instructions throughout, which made my mum feel comfortable and well looked after.
I was really impressed with how professional and patient he was. He took his time and made sure everything was checked properly. You can really tell he cares about doing a good job.

We were welcomed right from entering the shop and directed to the correct sign in desk. The ophthalmologist was really friendly and used child focused language so my son understood him. We were then supported to pick frames and when the ones chosen by my son did not fit well Christian the man helping us chose more frames for my son to pick from the suited and fitted well. Overall it was a very positive appointment at Bedford branch

Really pleasant Specsavers branch here in Bedford. Friendly and professional staff, with a large, modern waiting and testing area downstairs. My appointment was on time, so no waiting around. Service was very efficient and they appear to have all the latest testing equipment, with all tests explained clearly.
I just went for a routine eye test on this occasion, with a follow-up appointment to discuss contact lens options, so can’t comment on the range or quality of frames on offer.
