At last a full in depth test for my mum. Answers to problems and finally got to the bottom of why she kept her left eye closed. Thank you to the lovely optometrist and to kelly the dispenser. Kind and considerate to mums needs and a lovely atmosphere. Looking forward to mums new specs.

Staff are very friendly and professional. The eye test itself was very thorough and time was taken to explain the findings in detail. After the test the staff also took time to explain the different options available and were very helpful in helping to select the best option for me and to pick the most suitable frames for me.

I had my eye inspection last Friday. The optometrist spent a considerable amount of time with me. She read my history then completed the tests. She reviewed everything against last year’s results and discussed them with me. I felt extremely well cared for.
Stage 2: my prescription had changed only slightly. There was no pressure sales talk, I could have continued with my existing spectacles. However, as the lenses had some scratches (I am hard on them) I choose to have some new ones.
Again, a considerable amount of time was spent on discussing options.
I left extremely happy with the whole process.
