I was very pleased with the way our family members funeral went. Karma, the funeral arranger, was very helpful and efficient in everything. A very understanding person who made a sad situation bearable. Melissa the funeral director was also very efficient. Lucy the celebrant was also excellent and the service was very appropriate. Thanks to all at co-op Bedford.

Your team at Bedford, Ampthill road, were most helpful and kind. From there it was horrendous, the team at Manor park, got the instructions wrong, and only provided 1 lock of hair, we requested 8. We requested 2 sets of full fingerprints, we recieved 1 single smudged fingerprint. The crematorium did not provide the correct container as instructed for air travel, and I had to ask them for documentation, even though it was in the original instruction.And now my wife is gone, and we as a family will not have those memories.
