I’ve been seeing Julie for about a year and a half now (reflexology and Reiki) and I’ve only stopped with reluctance because I’ve now moved away from Bedford. If I could move this woman closer to me for regular sessions, I would!
She is professional, kind, friendly and welcoming and I will miss our chats, it’s like speaking with an old friend from the first day you meet. She knows what she is doing and charts your reflexology journey so there can be more or less pressure added or parts worked on that need attention when you have your next appointment.
The treatment is relaxing and really hits the spot every time and I often float out of her house like I’m on a cloud and pour myself into my car! She has managed to pinpoint my physical issues with a shoulder problem from an old traffic accident, a thyroid issue which I am currently sorting out and she has also calmed my plantar fasciitis so much that I have little issues walking in the morning now. I also sleep better and have way more mental clarity.
Friends and family I have bought vouchers for birthdays and Christmas now see her regularly, I’ve been told her back, shoulder and neck massages are beyond wonderful. I’m a little envious they still get to see her and I don’t!

I have been going to Julie for several months now, since I damaged my neck, arm, shoulder and had a pinched nerve from an accident, I had shooting pains down my arm. I was in so much pain and was taking strong medication, Codeine from the doctors. Had also seen other people, but Julie was actually amazing. I can’t begin to describe how relieved I felt from the first appointment, to my most recent. Along with the massage, Julie gave me advice and exercises to do too, (which I did!) and helped my body speed up the healing.
I have fully recovered now, gone back to the gym and can run again.
Julie is experienced, qualified and understands the body in such a holistic way. From the initial consultation going through the symptoms, to the pressure she uses, making you feel comfortable and happy.
I now still go for massages with Julie, but just to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you Julie. You helped me move again.
