IMPORTANT. NOTICE
Do not use . I have been waiting for land registry for nearly a year Woodfines quoted £1,200,when completed they took without asking £5,000 . Now they won’t answer calls. Do not use . I have now found out that it it normal for Suzanna to do this.
I have reported to law society but I understand this will take a bit of time.

Earlier in 2020 we started a process of selling our house. Owing to the corona virus out break we decided to stop the process, deciding to wait better times. Woodfines have not charged us for this initial work.(oops, hope they don’t read this !) Will return to them for conveyancing at some stage.
