I contacted National will writers regarding them losing my will, an issue that has ongoing since early May. I’ve sent multiple emails and since 16th June after being told there was a technical issue and they would get back to me as a matter of urgency i have been completely ignored. No updates, no apology, no accountability. For a business trusted with safeguarding important legal papers, this level of negligence and disregard for clients is disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

Actually getting the will written was straightforward. However, having married and moved we requested changes to reflect this only to be met with silence. Someone eventually got back to us and asked for documents to support the changes which we sent and then received nothing back. We dont even know if our will has been updated yet continue Monday for the service. We will be getting another company to rewrite our will and will be cancelling this service. DO NOT USE THEM they are really unprofessional and shoddy

I have been trying to get a phone number for this Company without success, how can an organisation operate without the primary mode of communication (Phone).
This is ridiculous, many mature /older people does not have and email address, companies should recognise this.

I’m writing this on behalf of my partner who has recently had contact with National Will Writers after the death of his mother as she had stored her Will with them. From the very beginning National Will Writers were unhelpful and inefficient, it took them 7 days start to finish to release the Will and there was minimal communication from them.
Upon us reaching out to the company they immediately cancelled the direct debit for the storage but sent no communication along with it, they simply just sent an email with a link requesting £30 to release the Will.
When we finally managed to get hold of someone (via email, as there are no telephone numbers) they told us they would send the Will First Class Tracked on Thursday morning. This wasn’t actually sent until Monday, and we had to send 3 chaser emails to even get that.
Because of this my partner has lost an entire week of compassionate leave waiting for this document, as most companies require sight of the official Will to be able to move forward with sorting anything out.
National Will Writers have only exacerbated an already incredibly stressful time with their incredulous unprofessionalism.
