Impossible to get through by phoneI have tried calling this branch on three separate occasions, and they never answer the phone. It is incredibly frustrating when you need advice and cannot speak to a human being. Completely unreliable communication.

Never had a response to my online enquiry. I’m not entirely sure that the CAB is fit for purpose anymore. Or is it in such demand that a lot of enquiries go unanswered.

I would like to give my opinion on this site. Three years ago I gave a poor review but this time I have to say that I’m glad and satisfied how well I was attended by CAB staffs and the level of support I received. I have to say I am well pleased with the outcome. Very good and responsive to emails as well. Keep it up that way and 4 stars will become 5 stars as time goes by.
