Attended a service here just recently which was very personal to me and I didn’t experience any issues , The grounds were well kept up and the ponds were peaceful to walk around 🕊️

Funerals at the Waveney Memorial Park and Crematorium could be better managed. After my brothers funeral, I gave some feedback, but their reply left me feeling that they hadn’t listened to what I said and that it didn’t match the sentiments in Memoria’s Mission Statement.

Mum passed away in 2018 as its not far from us we had her funeral there and interned both mum and dad there , the grounds are beautiful with 2 ponds and a water fountain , I take flowers once a fortnight it’s so peaceful

Losing mum is hard enough. But reading her name(pronouncing) it wrong throughout, The minister reading out my Tribute, all toungtide and adding his own words, and also the Web recording cutting out all of mums mourners except for her children, I find very upsetting.
I would have liked to buy the recording. But with all the mistakes at £65… Its too much.
Even the co op we used for mums last days, Her name was wrong on the lid of the coffin, which I had to point out and get rectified.
Very disappointing.
