Very very poor service. Dad’s funeral was a disaster. Dad paid for his service prior to leaving this world and we were told they wouldn’t carry him and we had to find our own people to carry him (after disputing this, they carried him) then once they lowered him into the ground after a few wobbles and nearly dropping him (due to staff) they realised they placed him round the wrong way! Now made several attempts to contact them including phone calls and several emails to pay for dad’s headstone and nothing! No reply! Still trying.

Everyone who dealt with me dealt with me with care, consideration and empathy. I had a very atypical funeral to arrange, but nothing was too much trouble for them, and although the process was difficult and long-winded, they never made me feel uncomfortable for the circumstances that were out of my control. I would thoroughly recommend them without a doubt in my mind.
