Home Support Matters provide the care for my Mother. The carers that deal with my Mother are attentive, pay attention to detail; I have found that they adjust to their surroundings as soon as they walk through the door. The carers that I would like to mention are: Nathan, Poppy, Sophie, Olly, Liam, Blessing, Asmaa, Sandie and Ellie. They are all a credit to your company and excellent carers are very hard to come by. Nothing is too much trouble with them and most of all… they keep my Mum entertained!
Now, the office staff, a sheer lack of communication and when I have rang up, some of them act very defensive which can then of course get the family members annoyed and angry! Hence why I have given 4 stars and not 5. The 4 stars given is as a massive thank you for the carers I have mentioned as always they go above and beyond.

Would like to thank all the wonderful carers and office staff, from management downwards. I cannot fault any of them, for the three years of care.
Also if it wasn’t for Stephanie and Paul, who towards the end of 2025, performed CPR on me, on two separate occasions I wouldn’t be here today, and for the office staff calling me when I was in Hospital seeing how I was.
During the three years, they’ve often called me at home and also helping with doctors, paramedics and hospital.
Great company, I’d highly recommend, and I can’t thank them enough.

Please do not put your loved ones through this company. A couple of the people who work for them are brilliant, don’t get me wrong, but that doesn’t make up for the 99% of terrible “carers” who work for them. They’re never able to deliver what they’re supposed to, we’re supposed to have 2 carers twice a day, lucky if we get 1 in each time. Never at the correct times. Left my 86 year old Nan with bed sores on her without reporting them to the district nurse, obviously resulting in them getting worse. Nan has spent days in bed when she should have gotten up because they didn’t sent enough people in. This company neglects the elderly, please please please don’t use them.

Absolutely shocking care company, I have made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails but nothing ever gets done in regards to complaints. Should be 2 carers , very often only send 1, times are shocking, carers staying 15 minutes out of a 45 minute call and purposely not logging out on their phones ! There is a couple of carers who are absolutely brilliant but as usual we don’t get them very often! I’ve even been blocked on their Facebook page for leaving a comment! And I agree with another review that a certain person in the office is the most unhelpful person I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to!
Just a generic response to my review as I have ,and still am in contact with the office . Are the issues going to get sorted??

My mum’s morning calls are getting later, but the rest of her calls are getting earlier especially the bed time calls. New years eve the tried to put her to bed at 6.30pm!! The office are aware of my mum’s needs but I’m faced with attitude from a certain lady in the office. Not sure why we’re paying such silly prices for care that isn’t being received properly. My mum needs two carers for each call but the office will send out one sometimes. Last week my mum was expected to stay in the same pad that had been put on at 8pm the evening before until around 1pm because they had only sent one carer which is completely out of order
