Recently brought a mobility scooter from these guys, not something you expect to buy at 30, and they could not have been more helpful, delivered it to my door helped with everything I needed, very informative and let me test out a few scooters to find the perfect one for me. They fit me in with delivery and worked around me, the best company I have ever dealt with so happy I decided to go here. The fact that it has been running for 30 years speaks volumes. I recently needed a right hand leg raiser for a wheelchair to use with my Mother in Law, and needed it for an outing in a few days time. Unfortunately, the right hand side, which was the one we wanted was not in stock at Anglia, only the left one (which we did not need), and the supplier could not provide them any more before October.
Despite this, Anglia took time and trouble to show us how the left leg attached and adjusted on our wheelchair, and the Mother in Law tried it out and was reassured the right one would do what we needed. Anglia then gave me the model number and make of what we needed so we could try to hunt it down with Google.
How impressive that they took the time and trouble, knowing that they were not getting the sale, to help and assist us. It gives me great confidence that they are the place to return to if I want good honest advice and customer service. I would also point out that it took me two days to find a right hand leg via Google, and no where was as cheap as Anglia would have been.
