Great customer service from start to finish.
First visit to shop and was greeted by the Manager Phil who spent time with me and showed me the product I was looking for and answered any questions given.
Second visit, (after I made my mind up), I was happily greeted by Jean, who was cheerful and very informative regarding the product I eventually chose. She got the sale done n dusted and we easily arranged an agreed swift timeslot.
After a few days, the time had come and the chair was delivered, put together swiftly but with care. An in depth explanation of the workings of the remote etc by 2 great guys Phil and Jordan. They even told me I had a USB charging port on the side, which I didnt know about…Result.
Altogether a 10/10 experience…Good on you all

Called in to the Bury branch yesterday with my mum who was looking to buy a new lighter folding mobility scooter to replace the heavy one she already has.
What can I say the lady serving us (think she was called Jean) was wonderful very patient when we was dismantling every scooter checking the weight of each one letting my mum test drive them answering all our questions and concerns and we had a lot of them.
My mum left the store very happy driving her new scooter.
