Stairlift was installed a couple of months ago so I waited in case there were any teething issues. Happily there are none!
The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally and on time / to schedule.

Ordered my husbands adjustable bed in the shop without any issue. Staff extremely helpful.
We were given a time slot when it would be delivered and assembled over the telephone, approximately a week later.
The two employees were very efficient carrying everything inside and very friendly to chat to. I had to leave the house so left my husband to stay and oversee.
Unfortunately the incorrect bed had been painstakingly put together& installed and I noticed because the headboard was the wrong colour, on my arrival back home. My husband informed me that staff had been on the telephone and they were bringing the correct bed to assemble, straight away. No idea how this mix up happened but it was not the fault of Roger or his colleague. All sorted within a short space of time and profuse apologies from Roger and his colleague.
