Such a shame. Purchasing the scooter was smooth and efficient and the staff in the office were very helpful. I arranged for the scooter to be delivered two days later. But the delivery did not happen and when I contacted mobility, plus they told me that the scooter was out of stock!!.
They should have contacted me earlier. They had plenty of time.

Honest review after six months of use.
Company: Highly professional and very gentle. They offer you all the time in the world to try their product. Post sale is also very good.
Product: the item is sturdy for an electric wheelchair. It is lightweight and can easily fit in a small boot. My wife lift it on and off from the car with no trouble. The battery lasts enough for a week of travel and the charge is just a few hours. Command is easy to use and very responsive. There is a possibility to move the control left and right according to your needs. The back is a bit laid back for my needs, but this is a personal opinion. You have two options for the cushion, ergonomic or puff; I have tried them both. The ergonomic sit better on the chair but it is a bit hard; The puff is very comfortable, but I slip out of it sometimes. I am lightweight, but if you are heavy enough, I will go with the puff one.
Post sale: The company helped me throughout the entire process and after the purchase, they solved some of the issue I had with delivery. Extremely helpful!
Conclusion: I am very happy with it, It values the price you pay. I am now able to move in and out of my flat in freedom, and I am still able to travel around europe for work. Thank you very much, mobilityplus.

Amazing experience at MobilityPlus – highly recommend!
I visited the MobilityPlus showroom in Bishop’s Stortford on the 24th of March and had such a great experience.
I dealt with Jake and Joshua’s dad, and from the moment we arrived, they were so friendly and welcoming. There was no pressure at all, which made a big difference, and they took the time to really understand what I needed.
I had a one-to-one where everything was explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I also got to properly try the chair around the car park, which helped me know straight away which one was right for me.
I also met them again at Naidex at the NEC Birmingham and had the same great experience there. They answered all mine and my husband’s questions and made us feel really comfortable.
They were also the most affordable option I found for a folding electric wheelchair, and I love that you can get spare parts and choose different options and colours.
I will definitely be getting the Ranger XL in the next few months. They’ve even offered to loan me one to test what cars it fits into, which is amazing support.
I honestly can’t recommend them enough!

At last a company that realises that great customer service will lead to more sales and customers recommending them to others. I saw Mobilityplus+ online but it was to far to travel, but they opened a new showroom in Worksop, Nottinghamshire about an hours drive from us. When we arrived we were met by a lovely lady who showed us the power chair we were interested in, there was no pressure, and she understood what we needed. My Wife now has a Ranger XL and she loves it.
When I made inquiries by email the customer service team replied quickly and with patience, despite me asking quite a few questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mobilityplus+ and their staff.

(This review is for Anglesey Abbey, NE of Cambridge.) The gardens are for everybody, i.e., young and old alike. I found the house very interesting. There were lots of paintings and artefacts collected by the last owner, and the house was also donated to the National Trust for all to enjoy. The gardens attract horticulturists and the like, especially during the summer period. The lawns were taped off because they were too wet to walk on at the time I visited (Feb/Mar). My visit didn’t include the Lode Mill and lasted about 2 hours. Well worth the visit.
