Ergomobility is really very friendly and extremely knowledgeable when sorting out the adaptions for a disabled driver. I drive from my powered wheelchair and being able to get out of the vehicle and on to the ramp is so easy, my new hand controls are very easy to use and driving is a real pleasure. I have so much independence and my new vehicle is so lovely to drive
The staff are very helpful and friendly, at my last fitting relating to the New vehicle they meet me at the train station and drove me to the premises and took me back to the station using my vehicle and then delivered the vehicle to me

Hi there had a char fitted two the mg4 for my wife and thay very nice about it all the way through it did take them a little longer than we were hoping for but got it done and very happy with it so I would go to them as we well go back to them for the next one when we get next car

I had 3 adaptions made to my car and they were all made perfectly. Egomobility made the whole transaction between motorbility and themselves go extremely smoothly. The emails and phone calls were always kind and helpful and the man on the day of collection was very helpful. Very knowledgeable staff who definitely seem to have the customers best interests at the heart of their business and helped me immensely during very stressful negotiations with the Motability grants team.
The office staff were able to provide me with accurate information regarding the make, model and particular specification that would save money on adaptions in the long run.
When it came to the date of adaptions installation, the installer was very knowledgeable about the car and its electrics. He even showed us how to set the rear hatch door at a height suitable for us (something the car dealer hadn’t!).
All in all a very good experience.

It wasn’t the best experience as I had a problem with the left goo accelerator pedal cover coming off whilst driving. This had quite far reaching implications for me. The response from the company was initially fantastic but it definitely deteriorated and I genuinely felt that levels of communication were poor. To be told something repeatedly could not happen when it clearly has ( photo shows it) was frustrating and quite honestly felt like I was being blamed for what was an error. I was then told it was a common occurrence in pedals that we worn but mine was less than a week old, the car had done less than 50 miles in total. I didn’t ask for the company to take responsibility at all, I would have just liked an apology. I am now still struggling to overcome the anxiety of driving my car, and something that was supposed to be a source of freedom has for me become an unusable financial burden. The company did rectify the problem by glueing the pedal cover to the pedal something I was again told initially was never necessary and shouldn’t happen. The engineer who came and sorted it was absolutely fantastic and probably the reason I gave 3 stars instead of just the one I feel would have reflected my true thoughts,
