Went into to look at mobility scooters. Lady who served me was very friendly and helpful. She showed me a few suitable scooters as needed one 20kgs or under for a coach holiday. She explained how they worked etc. I was a bit worried as the scooter I chose had an issue with it’s hazard warning bleep, but a colleague in the shop fixed it. There was also an issue with the battery not fitting in it’s space properly, but they also fixed that. Due to this they reduced the selling price slightly. I was very happy with my purchase.

I contacted Mark at Active Days Mobility to ask about new batteries for my Wifes mobility Scooter, he is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered them at 1.30pm and they were delivered at 12 noon the next day. Excellent service, good prices and quality products. I have had parts from him before and he is always the same. If only other companies were like this, life would be so much easier.
