My dad has used Home Instead now for approx 6 months, during this time he has been very happy with the service. They are reliable, friendly and the carers that visit him are only 2 or 3 different people which is nice as he gets to know them and they know what he likes.
If we have had any queries, requests or changes to the service that is required the manager has got back to me very promptly, even at the weekends.
We will continue to use Home Instead as this also give peace of mind to the family that he is being well cared for when we are not able to visit.
