Unwelcoming staff. I was just trying to do some charity and i was told that they don’t need anything. The person who attended the phone Kevin and when i asked him about his designation he banged the phone down. Such a rude behaviour. i asked him if i can speak to the manager. Never expected a charity behaving in such a disgusting manner

Unwelcoming staff. Comfortable and warm. Food great..many services. Some of the staff have now left which makes for a much better atmosphere. Great food service both in house and delivered. Lots of activities and services in one place.
