All staff members are very professional , helpful and friendly. The optician is very thorough and was very happy to answer all my questions to allay my concerns. The choice of frames and prices are varied to accommodate different tastes and pockets.A five star bunch. Thank you guys.

I genuinely am so happy and so impressed with the service I received. All 3 ladies working there were so kind, welcoming and professional. I had had a really rough morning and came to my appointment probably visibly upset. Within minutes of being there I was made to feel so welcome and looked after that I left feeling 100 times better. The service was 1st class from start to finish. Avani is a great optometrist and was very thorough and knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process. Rachel and the other lady working (I didn’t catch her name, sorry) were also outstanding. Great knowledge, lots of advice and I felt supported and listened to throughout my whole appointment and time at vision express. All 3 ladies are an asset to the VE company and I felt so much better when I left. Thank you all so much!
