I contacted Basingstoke Balloons & Events approximately 6 weeks before it was my mums 60th birthday to enquire about decorations for her party. I messaged and got a prompt response from Deborah, who kept me informed with ideas, styles, & colour palettes. I knew roughly what I wanted and she executed this beyond my expectations. I was kept in regular contact throughout the process, she even FaceTimed me on the day of my mums party to show me they were at my venue and setting up and where I wanted things to be placed ect. She cracked on with everything & I knew I’d be in safe hands with how open and honest she had been from the start so I had full trust in her to set up everything and make it look the best it could be.
We arrived at the venue a few hours later and everything was clean, tidy, and of course everything was set up exactly the way it was described. I couldn’t have been happier. My mum was absolutely blown away by the decorations and so was everyone else at the party. Everyone kept coming up to me asking who did the decorations!!
Thank you Deborah for all you have done. You have exceeded my expectations with everything and I know who I will be calling when I need balloons/decorations for my next party. Thank you for making my mums 60th birthday one she will never forget.

Got some balloons from Deborah for my 60th birthday lunch. She put together the most wonderful bouquet and incorporated my favourite colours. She can do the most brilliant writing on the balloons which adds a real personal touch….very classy. Would highly recommend Deborah as she clearly takes her business seriously and is keen to get it right for her customers. 5 stars from me!!

Amazing service and quality! Our restaurant had its grand opening in festival place last weekend and we ordered 2 6ft column balloon arrangements to celebrate. They were delivered the day before so we had them ready and the colours were perfect for our brand. The logo finish on top was great too, we’ve had this done before at other locations and it didn’t look as clean finished as these ones did. Would definitely recommend.

Contacted Basingstoke Balloons pretty much last minute for an impromptu party (long story!), and they still managed to create the most beautiful birthday balloons for my sister’s 50th. Deborah was incredibly responsive and quickly came up with a design exactly as I described. Delivery was right on time as promised. All in all, a great experience — thank you to the whole team!
