I would like to sincerely thank Spencer & Peyton for the kindness, compassion, and support they showed my family following the loss of my sister in 2023.
From the very beginning, they treated us with genuine care and respect during an incredibly difficult time. Their professionalism was outstanding, but what stood out most was the personal service they provided. I was also left with the task of arranging two memorial stones—one for my sister and one for my father—and they were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Rather than simply sending me a brochure, they took the time to discuss the options with me personally, offering guidance, patience, and understanding every step of the way.
Every aspect of the funeral arrangements and memorials was handled with dignity and care, and I always felt supported. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly right, and I will always be grateful for the kindness they showed my family.

Working with Spencer and Peyton, especially Darren was the easiest thing about this whole process. From getting Dad back from Winchester hospital to the funeral, the process was seamless. We had a lot of questions as this is the first funeral we have had to arrange, but Darren and the team have made it so simple. They were so kind to our poor mum who has Dementia and the tea and biscuits were so welcome to calm her.
We are now working with the amazing Mr Spencer himself to arrange the tablet for both parents to utilise at the church when their ashes are interned. Thank you Team. You’re awesome!
