The arrangements for the recent cremation of my wife, Margaret, were largely made by the funeral directors but it was obvious that the funeral directors and the crematorium staff were in perfect harmony. The service had both music and visual images and the crematorium staff handled it all perfectly, providing a dignified but relaxed ceremony for which our family and many friends were very appreciative
