We have used Titcombe and Family on three occasions now to manage the funeral arrangements for family members. Lorraine and the team have consistently provided an excellent service. All the options are explained in a way that is practical and helpful. On the day, the service has been of the highest standard. During a difficult time, I would highly recommend.

Sadly my daughter passed away and the funeral parlour I originally picked was awful after speaking with Hannah they collected my daughter and took over there are no words to describe how amazing Hannah and James was from the start to finish I could never have got through how I did without them
They are not only loving and caring people but they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the best send off from the beginning they took all the pressure and was loving to myself my kids and my family

I can’t recommend L Titcombe & Family highly enough. They delivered a beautiful funeral for my Mum within a week of meeting them. At a time when you’re at your most distressed, they’re the people to go to!
We asked 4 funeral directors in Basingstoke to quote for Mum’s funeral, and L Titcombe impressed from the start. They were the only ones who: responded to the heartfelt spirit as well as the specifics of what we said we wanted for Mum; confirmed they would manage printing of the orders of service rather than just recommend a printer for us to use; and actively responded to our timing challenges, caused by very limited Minister and Crematorium capacity, by securing us a cremation slot for the following week – all before we had appointed them.
Mum passed away on a Tuesday and we appointed L Titcombe late on the Thursday afternoon of same week. The next morning we met the Minister and then met Lorraine Titcombe at 1pm, and the funeral took place at 1.30pm the following Friday, and was perfect, far better than I had thought we could achieve in 10 days from Mum’s passing to her funeral.
Lorraine, Geoff and team were kind, caring, responsive, flexible, and totally reassuring throughout.
And their respect for Mum was always very moving, which was commented on by guests after the funeral.
