As a new patient at Eclipse Foot Clinic, I was extremely impressed with the whole experience.
I saw Ethan just before a two-week holiday and he quickly sorted out the foot pain I was experiencing, which meant I could fully enjoy my trip. Ethan was friendly, informative, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly.
The reception staff were also welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
What particularly stood out was the follow-up letter Ethan sent after my appointment, outlining my treatment and care recommendations. It was thorough, helpful, and showed a genuine commitment to patient care. There was no pressure to purchase additional services or products—just excellent, patient-focused care.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eclipse Foot Clinic and will definitely return if I need treatment in the future.

This visit did not deliver the expected outcome, but this was due to some confusion over the use and treatment of orthotics. My daughter wears orthotics and I called in advance of the appointment to check that the clinic could work with children who had orthotics. This was confirmed and we visited purposely with that in mind. We took my daughter’s Orthotics. Once in the clinic we were told that the podiatrist could not review her current orthotics as they were supplied by others. It seems that the management of orthotics is more technical and not possible to simply check that an existing one is still suitable. She was then given an assessment not utilising her Orthotics. We came away with a treatment plan but were still a little confused about orthotics. A subsequent call from the podiatrist helped clear this up and we now have a much better understanding of the process and future plan for treatment. The staff and podiatrist were all very kind and helpful.

30 minutes before our appt it was cancelled. Booked online 1 week prior.
This isn’t the first time this has happened the reception was abrupt uncaring and nonchalant, no apology until I pressed for one. The business on a whole is just so unhelpful, all because the appointment heading wasn’t correct. Not patient focussed in my opinion, not professionals, back street foot clinic.

Attended here for the first time with a foot issue. Reception area was clean and welcoming, staff friendly and professional.
Podiatrist who treated me (Pete) was very knowledgable,friendly and professional explaining everything that was going on with my foot, discussed treatment which I accepted and I went off happy.
I will be going back for a check up and won’t feel apprehensive as I did before

A week ago I visited Eclipse to cut off an ingrown toenail.
Toe was already a little swollen and sore, Mrs. Lauren started to cut the nail without any painrelief Cream, the pain was terrible.
After everything, it seemed to me that something was wrong … at home I noticed that the nail was cut only a little (I did it myself in a similar way before).
For a week, white liquid and blood flowed from the finger, and the pain was increasing day by day.
I paid 70 £ for the visit, I thought it would be over, and when I came back asking for help, I got information that they had to do Surgery which cost 520£
In the end my visit to Eclipse ended up with a worsening of my finger, a loss of 70£ and increasing pain that still needs to be relieved.
