The owner has been helping my father (95) with his cancer meds
for years and he can’t say enough about her. We had her and her staff come to the house to help with both my father and my mother. They were very professional and cheery. We have recommended them to several of our acquaintances who have elderly parents.

Very disappointed with this company. Despite several phone calls and even a visit to the office to try and sort out problems but just get loads of promises but never followed up. Some of the carers can’t even follow simple instructions requests.

Absolutely disorganised. No customer care whatsoever. Erratic timekeeping did not administer my mother’s medication correctly and despite leaving 2 messages no one has come back to me. I strongly urge you to find other companies. Absolute disgrace and will report them. Do not use them if you have any choice

I like the carers but the organisation is chaotic, I was asked when I signed up what were my prefered times, 08.00 to 10.00, this was agreed with a supervisor. In reality this is not happening on a regular basis, times are changed frequently and inexcusably no notification! So far this week my Monday 08.40 suddenly became 11.45 and today’s 09.15 has become 11.30, I had to phone and ask why, this is not acceptable, I’m still in my pyjamas at 11.30. I do understand that a sudden absence affects planning but talking to the carers the route planning is all over the place: one carer had Hartley Wintney/ Blackwater/ Hartley Wintney and the me in Farnborough (I live 1 mile from Blackwater – I estimate about 15km of unecessary travel), instances kike this are happening every day.

I can’t thank the manager and care team enough for the outstanding care they have given my grandad. From the very beginning, they have shown incredible compassion, professionalism, and dedication, making sure he is comfortable, safe, and well looked after. The kindness and patience they showed every day meant so much to our family, and it gave us great peace of mind knowing he is in such good hands. The team have gone above and beyond, not just in providing care but in creating a warm and welcoming environment where he felt valued and respected. I am truly grateful for everything they did!
