Call service absolutely terrible literally no one there to answer the phone or its been put on silent or genuinely ignored. Cannot contact my mothers care agency when she is having clear issues with their general service or to cancel care calls. Impossible to get through to them. Wouldnt know what they are like to deal with as havent been able to even talk to one of them.
