The Warehouse Bar

Wow what can I say other than perfection!!!! We booked The Warehouse Bar for my brothers wedding reception and from the minute we called to book, the service from Graham & Michelle couldn’t have been better. They both went to such great lengths to ensure my brother and his new wife had a night to remember! Michelle arranged absolutely everything for us and the detail in the decorations was outstanding! Michelle went above and beyond even though she explained to us her husband was currently going through cancer treatment she still made the time to make this night special for us and was always available to speak to us about any questions we had. I cannot recommend this place enough, thank you so much for making my brothers wedding night amazing for him x

i dont even know how to begin this review so here goes… this is genuinely the most poorly ran venue i have ever come across. originally the party was supposed to happen 7th february. we looked at the venue december 2024 and graham who seemed great at the time told us our name was on the board and no one will take our day, yay perfect… WRONG once i emailed michelle to say when can i come in to pay the deposit she delightfully told me she has booked in someone else… how is that even possible apparently graham and michelle have absolutely 0 communication as michelle told me she’s working from home and therefore didn’t see my name on the board after some back and forth we moved the party to the 14th of feb. I, as the planner, had to muck around with everything i had booked and planned and let every single guest know about these changes #embarrasing. But no fear as we got our light up numbers for free (wow £40 amazing!!!!! not.) Anyways day of the party my lovely balloon company who i hired for some stunning balloons messaged me “we are here to deliver but no ones here” this is great i thought as i told them what i was told by graham “you can drop things off ALL THROUGHOUT THE DAY” Me embarrassed again have to profusely apologise to these lovely people However i did message michelle asking how this is possible as we were told it was open all day the reply you ask? not even a “sorry this happened” “im so sorry let me call graham” just a very plain simple and rude “who told you that” anyways moving on i thought the beautiful balloons were re-delivering at 4pm as asked what could go wrong now! oh thats right graham is still not there and after i attempted to call him myself no answer!!!! he finally arrived yada yada yada time for the party! an hour to set up great! as i had booked the photobooth and with my hard earned money purchased some photobooth props. there were some barriers on the table i asked my friend (the birthday boy) while i finish up putting the props together could he please go ask if the barries could be removed. hes still chatting so i step outside for some fresh air and to decompress some stress or so i thought the birthday boy comes outside to let me know we dont have the photobooth. now prior to this michelle has messaged me (picture will be attached below) about the final details, this said sweetcart instead of photobooth to which i said yes apart from its NOT the sweetcart its the photobooth and as u can see michelle said she’ll change it. so michelle and graham id like to know where my photobooth was for the evening bc mr money hungry grandma couldnt even give us half price for not only this muck up but every single muck up the had caused… please work on your communication remember its the key to everything! you get your second start for the lovely and beautiful bar staff and amazing dj and also the plasic straws but please think about the turtles on your next straw purchase. OH and not only this the drinks ate bloody pricey and no drinks menu which is totally upsetting. anyways will not book here again enjoy the pictures of the lovely balloons and very delicious cake!
