JJ installed 3 SPRO cameras and DVR including all cabling. Although there were a few issues with the installation/products JJ spent the time on the phone with me and SPRO, and also came back to resolve the issues with no additional costs. The cameras give a good colour picture all day/night. Sound can be heard ‘live’ through the app but not on my PC, due to only having one HDMI port. It is possible to backup video to a USB but not directly to a PC. Video backed up in this way does include sound. Video can be reviewed and there are quite a few fast forward/backwards speeds. Overnight video can be reviewed in about 10-15 minutes.
The installation to a bungalow only took a few hours and both Jon and John were pleasant and understanding. I would recommend them.
Very grateful to JJ for their support (SPRO wouldn’t talk to me on the phone) and commitment to getting it all sorted.
