It NOT Family Mosaic (R.I.P.) any more It belong to Peabody Trust and it worst service and PGM they mess up 2 windows different company 1 is Glass Shop PVC Windows company on year 2022 and 2nd is Woodford Windows PVC Glazing on year 2024 different frame and different air vent size and different handle and they sent repair call Fixatex Ltd turn up and never come back did they ????? 1 year and half because PGM never provide Deaf Smoke alarms and vibrates pads etc lucky I got from LFB they gave me free Fire Angel smoke alarms and 2 x Fire Angel Vibrates Flashing light/Pads and plus I had to pay £400 to £500 WITH MY OWN MONEY Fire Angel Gateway WI-FI and Carbon Monoxide Alarm and Heat Alarm and Vibrating Alarm/Pad with Fire angel apps phone without Peabody help and i already show Peabody Gas Safety and Fixatex Ltd and they both taken pic and report NO Pomblem !!
Also Peabody sent me a letter on 4/9/25 for Work Order Reference 5609062/1 Kitchen Fan and has not working working Bathroom Fan on (02/09/25) 8am to 1pm they never turn up waste my day off work

Great when was family mosaic but now peabody have taken over everything is a argument to get things done. Even took over 3 weeks to sort a leak what a joke!!!!!
